By accessing or using the FIELDVIO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FIELDVIO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful content, interfere with other users, reverse-engineer our software, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIELDVIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
