How do I sign up?+
Head to our pricing page and click Register Now. You can create an account in under two minutes with just your name, email, and company details. No credit card is required to start your free trial.
How do I import existing customers?+
From the Customers section in your dashboard, click the Import button and upload a CSV file with your customer data. FIELDVIO maps common column headers automatically, and you can manually match any remaining fields before confirming the import.
How long does setup take?+
Most businesses are up and running within 30 minutes. Add your team members, import your customer list, configure your service area, and you are ready to dispatch your first job. Our onboarding wizard walks you through every step.
Dispatch & Scheduling
How does AI dispatch work?+
VIO, our AI engine, analyzes technician availability, skill sets, location, and current workload to automatically assign the best-fit technician for every job. It updates in real time as conditions change throughout the day.
Can I manually assign jobs?+
Absolutely. While AI dispatch handles assignments automatically, you can always override and drag-and-drop jobs onto any technician from the scheduling board. Manual and AI dispatch work side by side.
How do technicians receive jobs?+
Technicians receive push notifications on their mobile device the moment a job is assigned. They can view full job details, customer history, property notes, and navigate to the site with one tap.
Billing & Invoicing
How do I send invoices?+
Once a job is marked complete, tap Create Invoice to generate a professional invoice pre-filled with job details, line items, and customer info. Send it via email or SMS with one tap, and customers can pay online instantly.
What payment methods are accepted?+
FIELDVIO supports credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfer payments. Customers can pay directly from the invoice link on any device. On-site card payments are also supported through our mobile app.
Does it sync with QuickBooks?+
Yes. FIELDVIO offers a direct integration with QuickBooks Online. Invoices, payments, and customer records sync automatically so your books stay accurate without any double entry.
Account & Support
How do I reset my password?+
Click Forgot Password on the login screen and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
How do I contact support?+
You can reach our support team at hello@fieldvio.com. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent issues, use the live chat inside your FIELDVIO dashboard.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes. FIELDVIO is built mobile-first and works on any phone, tablet, or desktop browser. The full platform is accessible from your mobile device with offline support, GPS tracking, photo capture, and push notifications.
